Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha may collect your name and your email address to keep you posted of news and events about the Gurdwara and within the Sikh community, both within the UK and abroad. This will include a monthly newsletter that will be published from January 2012. We will make it our priority to look after your details, use them responsibly and have the appropriate security measures in place to protect the information we hold. We will not share your email address with any third party unless required to do so by law or in times of national emergency.

We may contact you via email, phone or other communication channel to respond to suggestions you may send to us, for example about our website or any of our services. The information we hold will never be displayed publicly by us.

You will be able to unsubscribe yourself from our database at any time. Our emails will carry clear instructions, at the bottom of the email, on how to do this.

Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Hounslow will assume that you do not object to being communicated with unless you have previously opted out or contacted us to inform us otherwise. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of any material changes by displaying the revised Privacy Policy on our website.
