Health Walks
Our community is at risk of developing heart disease and diabetes. However, we can
help prevent it by being simply being more active!

Would you like to take some gentle exercise?
Come along to our weekly health walk. You can:
- Meet new people and share experiences
- Help control your blood pressure
- Maintain healthy joints and bones
- Help manager your stress by talking and walking
- Enjoy green space and the natural environment
The walk starts at the Gurdwara and will last an hour. The walk will be at a gentle
pace and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Every Thursday
10am to 11am
